1. Rolls Royce Sweptail:  $13 Million

 

Mastering the first place on our list of the most expensive cars is what can only be described as an amazingly impressive piece of handcrafted magic.

A power of automotive design and engineering, the Rolls-Royce Sweptail is a unique luxury Peace made in the UK by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

The Sweptail made its debut as the world’s most expensive new car at the annual Concorso d’eleganza Villa D’este event in 2017. It overcame all his rivals and is still one of the most expensive cars in history!

2. Mercedes Benz Maybach Exelero:  $8.0 million

 

Second on our list of most expensive cars is Mercedes Benz’s Exelero Maybach. Despite its peculiar appearance, it is a four-seat high-performance sports car with a double turbo V12 engine.

It was commissioned by a German subsidiary of Goodyear, Fulda, to test its new range of Exelero Carat tyres. The Exelero appeared in one of Jay-Z’s music videos and was purchased by rapper Birdman according to Top Gear.

3. Bugatti Divo: $5.8 million

 

The Bugatti Divo is a central motor sports car developed with a track-centred approach and manufactured by Bugatti Automobiles S. A. S.

It is named after French racing driver Albert Divo, who won the Targa Florio race twice in the 1920s by Bugatti.

According to Bugatti, DIVO is the most agile and dynamic car they have ever created.

Limited to 40 units, the car was previously sold before the public debut to the owners of Chiron through a special invitation from the dealers. It ran out on its first day of availability.

Maximum speed: a reduction of 236 mph!

4. Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita:  $4.8 million

Some of its features include a finish of carbon fibre woven diamond, a rear spoiler, double carbon single exhaust system inconel, brakes carbon ceramic with ABS and a system of monitoring tires.

The car presented above is from Floyd Mayweather’s personal collection. It has a maximum speed of 254 mph!

5. Lamborghini Veneno Roadster: $4.5 million

 

The Lamborghinis poisonous Venom begins the countdown of the first five.

Based on the Aventador, the poison was created to celebrate Lamborghini’s 50th anniversary and was presented at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.

It can reach 60 mph in 2.9 seconds and its price makes it one of the most expensive production cars in the world.

6. McLaren P1 LM: $3.6 million

 

The McLaren P1 LM is more or less a legal version of the street of the McLaren P1 GTR-only track. Lanzante, a British company, bought the original P1 and converted it for sale.

Six LM were made in total. Five were sold to private buyers and the sixth, with the code name “XP1 LM”, the P1 LM prototype, is now being used for development and testing purposes.

The P1 LM features a double turbocharger V8 engine larger than the P1 and P1 GTR and reaches a limited maximum speed of 214 mph!

7. Lykan Hypersport: $3.4 million

 

It is the product of W Motors, a Lebanese engine company that collaborated with Lebanese and Italian engineers.

The HyperSport was the first car in the world to have diamond-encrusted headlights (15 ct).

Buyers also had the option of rubies, yellow diamonds and sapphires.

The 3.8 litre, double-turbo engine mounted on the central rear produces 780 horsepower and 708 pounds-torque.

All that power means the car can reach speeds of up to 240 mph!

8. Bugatti Veyron by Mansory Vivere: $3.3 million

The limited edition Bugatti Veyron Mansory Vivere is simply beautiful. This car was modeled on the Grand Sports Vitesse Roadster and has an 8.0 L W16 engine that produces 1,200 hp.

It is one of the fastest cars in the world and the original version was called the 2000-2009 Auto.

Reaching a maximum speed of 253 mph, it stands firm at number 8 on our most expensive car list.

9. Aston Martin Valkyrie: $3.2 million

The first car on our list is the result of a collaboration between different manufacturers.

The British automaker Aston Martin, partnered with Red Bull Racing and several other manufacturers to create this beast!

Developed as a track-oriented road car, it now holds the title of the world’s fastest legal car. It houses a 6.5 litre V12 vacuum engine designed by Cosworth and has a power of 1,130 hp!

Only 150 road cars have been manufactured.

10. Ferrari Pininfarina Sergio: $3 million

Among the top ten is the Ferrari Pininfarina Sergio, one of the most expensive cars on the list.

Presented as concept car in 2013, Pininfarina Sergio was presented at the Geneva Motor Show 2013.

It was a tribute to the former president of the company and Sergio Pininfarina, the legendary automotive designer who died only a year earlier. The design was based on the Ferrari 458 Spider. Only six were made and they were all sold to a group of high-ranking individuals.
